How do I order?

When will I get my stuff?

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days. It's an international mail.

Note: Please be expected 2-3 weeks shipping delay due to the High Volume of Order in this COVID-19 pandemic period and Holiday Season. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.

It might delay for more than 4 weeks due to your country's flight restrictions at the moment. 

The outbreak has affected all the industries in the world. We will try our best to expedite the delivery.

It might take a bit longer than expected, especially in the sale period and the holiday season.

Special Note During Holiday Season:

For the Canadian customers, Canada Post has informed us that due to Canada's difficult pandemic situation and the record-breaking increase in peak season (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) shipments, Canada Post will prioritize local mail delivery.

At the same time, Canada Post began to control the volume of goods on December 7. In the next few weeks, the goods with customs clearance completed are expected to stay for 3-5 days before pickup, and it takes 7-12 working days for terminal delivery, so the overall efficiency of the Canada Line channel is expected to be delayed by 7-15 working days in the coming period.

Also, there may be a delay of about 1-2 days for some Canadian cargo flight arrangements.

As for the other countries, the overall shipment time is expected to be delayed by 3-5 days due to peak season (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday Season) and the pandemic precaution arrangements in the airport.

Please prepare in advance if you have orders for the relevant area.

May I make changes to my Order / Shipping Address?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at support@cumulusmax.com within 24 hours after your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.

If the items(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our customer service and we will swap it for the correct item.
